Great management Amazing free-flow office space Great work get-togethers, celebrations No micro-management Equality Great work/life balance There is no Hierarchy within the business, you genuinely feel comfortable speaking to everyone and anyone within the business and higher management are approachable.

Pros

A really friendly environment with a lot of people who are always willing to help you out when needed. The department managers are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping people learn at all levels. A lot of experts / senior members of staff who are great at the work that they do within their disciplines. And with it being a full-service agency, you are supported with your own work when you need resources and you can also learn a lot about digital marketing / websites from your colleagues. There is a diverse range of clients, so you learn about different industries as well as your own skills.

Cons

Since hybrid working-from-home has been introduced, it's harder to get to know people and the entire company on a regular basis. You have regular meetings with your team but it's difficult to get to other people in the company. There are efforts being made to improve this connectivity and communication and there are social events that make it easier too.
