      Pros

      Worked with 100s of different people within Advanced Group and their in every part of the business and resolved thousands of IT tickets. Everyone was always friendly and REAL, not fake corporate nice, but genuinely good folks. That goes for the people at the top in the C Suite and all the way at the bottom. Looking forward to the day I can return to Advanced in any capacity.

      My particular role did not have a lot of room for upward mobility, but I was compensated fairly.

      Pros

      Recruiter was amazing. He made me feel comfortable from our very first conversation. He was very responsive and made sure the process moved quickly. He was honest and transparent about the company and position. Working for this company is like working with friends who are also good at what they do. The teamwork culture is REAL, and collaboration isn't just a buzzword on the wall—it's how things actually happen. It's awesome to be in an environment where your ideas are welcomed, and you're not just a cog in the machine. And work-life balance? They get it. Flexibility is real, and it's made a world of difference for me. I used to work for a company that even if I had a 1 hour doctor’s appointment, I would need to use my PTO To sum it up, AG is a spot where you can grow without the usual corporate drama. If you're looking for a place where you're more than just an employee number, check it out. The company’s culture is truly REAL.
