      Pros

      Well established ERP company with over 30 years of implementation experience focused on a single industry, overhead doors. Very supportive and creative management and staff. Most employees have been with the company for over 10 years. Long term client relationships and clients are more like partners than customers. Very honest Christian business philosophy where employee's work/life balance is very important.

      Cons

      Everyone wears multiple hats. Would love to see some additional dedicated administrative positions.

      -every day opportunity to utilize cutting edge technology to solve clients problems -people are outstanding, with a culture of respect and transparency -flat organization giving every person an opportunity to have impact on company success -great work/life balance
