Environment based on meritocracy... You get what you earn. The sales training is excellent and can be applied to any future sales role.

Cons

Too many people are there for the free coffee. Too many people in sales simply there for the high base salary.

I work at Advanceit because it has allowed me to develop my sales skills . Each day I learn something different and confront new challenges. It also provides you with a great atmosphere. Coaches and Management care about employees growth development.

Cons

Everything is just fine and moving into the new office will make Advanceit an even better place to work.
