Pros

Advertas values their employees like no other. My career development, and experience was a priority due to the nature of the business. I was constantly learning, growing, and enjoying myself. I started with Advertas right out of college, and the amount of knowledge I have gained in the last two years has been paramount in kickstarting my career. I am grateful for everything I have learned, and will keep in touch with the team.

Cons

Advertas is a small, boutique agency that allows many freedoms but also can have some downsides. Unfortunately, there was not a lot of room to grow vertically in terms of position, but it was a great place to gain experience and learn from experts. Sometimes, I was asked to work outside my typical working hours (which I was always paid for), but there was not a huge downside. The workload could be a lot at times, but nothing I couldn't handle, If you're alright with both of these, then this company could be for you!

Pros

Because the company is small, employees experience a diversity of tasks and opportunities to increase their skill set while getting support in the learning process. The atmosphere is professional, with a priority on keeping skills sharp and up-to-date. Management work to utilize employees to their strengths and help identify and improve weak areas. Contributions of creativity and thinking outside the box are encouraged. I have found that management are human! They understand and promote work-life balance. I like the remote work and somewhat flexible work hours.

Cons

There are times of very high stress, usually surrounding events, where everyone must wear many hats. However, the times of high-stress events are only a couple of times a year.
