      New CEO and senior leaders have brought a refreshing change and focus on strategy and growth. Coworkers are welcoming and collaborative. Candid and open dialogue-culture of transparency

      Better than ever

      Pros

      We have an excellent C level Management Team shaping up since Mario Ramos was hired as CEO. There is new excitement and a great sense of purpose and direction. Everyone's ideas count and we have a lot of really smart people in a diverse work force. I have been here a long time and I have never liked it more.

      Cons

      I don't consider this a con but some might. There is change happening at every level in the effort to make a great company even better.

      Amazing company to work for, they really take care of their employees and you feel appreciated for the work you do. They want to see you succeed and there are many options for career growth and development if you work hard.
