The company is completely online which provides more autonomy and a better work atmosphere. The company provides many opportunities to learn and to advance if you have the will for it. You are working daily with experts in various fields which is enriching both for your work and for you as a person. You can learn a lot about how to organize and prioritize.
Cons
If you are a person who is not used to working online, it can be a bit difficult to catch on with all the tasks that need to be done.

The company is 100% remote which allows for a good work life balance. You get to work with smart, collaborative people that help make project execution seamless and easy. The company makes decisions by upper management consensus which allows for a lot of great perspectives.
