      I love the hybrid work environment. Management is understanding of all individuals and our diverse needs. My co workers are great and I trust them to do good work for our clients.

      Sometimes it's hard to connect with co-workers in other time zones.

      I love the work I do. I help our customers solve their pain points so that their work is just a bit more enjoyable. I have developed personally in the field of project management through opportunities to watch the best in the field put into practice as well as hands-on experience. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we get to play with all the Microsoft tools. That's fun!

      Cons

      With team members located across the US and internationally, it's sometimes difficult to get connected with co-workers. There are created opportunities to connect personally with team members. But, the in-person connections are definitely preferred.
