Pros

When I had just joined Aedgency, now PeakAdX, I was a bit lost with what was happening, and what the company was doing. However, there was a quick reshuffle in management, and this has certainly helped the company in moving the right direct. Apart from the daily revenue growing by 50% within 6 months, employee satisfaction also seemed to have improved over the past few months, and the credit largely goes to the new CEO, Nave. He has started looking at employees and their benefits as well, which has helped improve the work environment to a huge extent.

Cons

The office can do with a bit of sprucing up still, but there are talks of a new office soon, so that could help in changing the mood of the office, which is a bit dull right now due to the interiors.

Big company turnaround, breath of fresh air

Just recently Joined a few months ago from a company which was mismanaged and took advantage of their staff. Arrived in a big turning point for Aedgency which had made a lot of changes in management and company direction as I was arriving. I am now very happy with my change as the trust they put in their staff (much less micromanagement than I was used to) and they reward well with good salaries and perks such as healthcare, gym etc. Management make efforts to listen to their staff and make decisions that help us move forward as a team. More effort has also been made to build a good environment in the office with company events and activities. A lot of opportunity to grow your career. You also get half days every Friday which is amazing.

Cons

Can be a bit hectic at times, no kitchen in the office but we have a kitchen/chill area next to the office
