      Pros

      Wonderful health benefits, fair salary for both incoming and retained employees, compliance department run with a good work life balance, management works with team members and teams to create the best outcomes possible. Lots of promotion from within, lots of personal growth development opportunities,

      Cons

      Corporate parking kind of sucked, not all of the departments were run with as little drama as Compliance, and I really couldn't complain about much else.

      There is a great deal of efforts made in ensuring that Aeon is diversed. The emphasis and strategic plans to intentionally promote equality and inclusion is second to none. This is The Most Diversed Company I have ever worked for.
