Friendly work environment, helpful and fair management team, flexible work schedule, small company who cares about their employees, and living in Texas!
Cons
Because the company is still small and family-owned there are growing pains from trying to get bigger and more successful as quickly as possible.

Some of the best in their field work at Advocate Digital Media. We have mutual respect for one another, and, if we disagree, we do so in a respectful way. It's a very client-focused environment, constantly striving to match the right products with the clients' needs. It's a challenging environment, constantly changing digital landscape, so always keeps you on your toes. The team gels very well and you often hear co-workers say they enjoy getting up and coming to work.
Cons
Being a small company, we have had our growing pains, often having to work on projects that fall outside the scope of your usual responsibilities.
