I've worked here for multiple years and have loved being mentored by both senior leaders and collaborating with younger colleagues. Every company TALKS about culture but very few LIVE it...and the senior leaders at H5 today are excellent reflections of the 5 values that our founder put in place long ago to ensure a happy and healthy company. The office environment over the past two months has changed drastically due to some necessary leadership changes that appear to have been made to protect the "kindness culture" instilled at our firm. The vibe has never been better or more positive. Everyone here works so hard, has fun and loves our clients. We strive to only work with people and on business we truly care about and our clients see that and appreciate it. It's been a wonderful place to work due to the people that work here every single day. Very thankful to be part of this place and excited for the next chapter. I appreciate this place every minute I work here.

Agency H5 houses some of the most BRILLIANT PR and Design minds Chicago has to offer. The people who work here are deeply passionate about their work and the clients they support. More than that, my colleagues are wildly creative, generous and incredibly KIND. Kindness is a major pillar and core value here at Agency H5; and we have a fearless leader who defends the company culture at all cost, even if it's at her personal expense. Since the recent removal of a former senior leader, the office has been restored to it's warm, welcoming and fun-loving state. It's very important (not just to leadership) but to all of us that we honor our core values and always treat each other with love and respect. I’m sure you don’t hear about “love” often in the workplace, but it’s certainly the environment that has been fostered at H5. At H5, we have the freedom to be who we are, love who we love and NOT be judged for it. That same freedom lends itself to our work. While we do have senior leaders in place, EVERYONE is encouraged to go after clients and/or projects they have the skill set for. We’re one big team here, there are NO big I’s and little u’s. Everyone is welcome to explore new opportunities – and promotions/raises are given once you’ve excelled in those opportunities.
