      Great work environment with an amazing hybrid system.

      Cons

      Stuck to your lane too much with not too many chances to branch out. Could benefit from cross training for recent graduates.

      Pros

      Great company with global leading customers in Aerospace. Variety of engineering work. Opportunity to work with big companies without changing companies or relocating. Based in FL so no state income taxes plus have other offices if you don't want to live in paradise. The CEO is an exceptional leader and genuine nice person. Family environment with exceptional benefits. No micro-managing.... treated like an adult!

      Cons

      The only con is that peers get recruited away. Agilis is such an outstanding company with an exceptional record for having smart, creative design engineers, everyone wants to recruit them.
