      elastic work hours friendly management opportunity to learn new things, ability to master something valued more than already knowing it

      long meetings unevenly spread of workload in project lifecycle resulting to getting stressed out when close to delivery

      immediate contact and good communications with the team leaders you can get the help you need (esp. when you have just started)

      Cons

      Use of a boring framework ( that is used for the majority of the projects.) No will for adopting new exciting technologies.

      Pros

      Agilis is a really pleasant place to be working in. Apart from the very friendly and welcoming environment, team spirit is everywhere and in all teams working within Agilis. A person here can work considering alway his personal and family needs.

      Cons

      What seems to be not so convenient is Agilis is it location. Despite the fact that it should be easily accessible, due to its location in the centre of Athens, this is also its major downside; Athens is not a nice place to live or work.
