At Aginity your opinion matters, your efforts are needed and recognized, and sky is the limit in terms of growth. Compensation and benefits are packaged to reward the hard work that we are being asked to do. Company is small enough that each job counts and has an impact. You have access to every level of management to vet new ideas, get feedback on performance, and accomplish the goals that have been set.
