      Great company and Clint was the best boss. Really great team that was able to work together and find good solutions.

      Cons

      The ownership is a bit uninterested in the operations and it shows in how the company is operated.

      Pros

      Great team, business is healthy and expanding, transparency from the company is great. Great product with Fendt.

      Cons

      Raises aren't big and the company has a hard time attracting new technicians. 401k plan also has very poor options.

      Pros

      - 3 weeks of vacation, 4 weeks starting your 2nd year. - Nice people in all levels of the organization, from the CEO to Technicians, every Employee cares about doing what's best for the company. - The business has been extremely stable during the pandemic

      Cons

      Only con is that most of the stores are fairly spread out from the HQ in Twin Falls, but the company tries hard to make the stores stay on the same page.
