Pros

This is a propeller overhaul facility that expects and produces a high degree of quality of work, as it should; lives depend on it and they know it. Many employees are long term employees and have worked there for a decade or more. Good camaraderie for the most part. Overtime is rare and discouraged, but there is no lack of work to be done either.

Cons

There is limited job mobility, perhaps a consequence of the small size and the busyness of the place. The lack of cross training can lead to slowdowns in production if a worker calls in sick or takes vacation. Office politics and gossip can be at unprofessional levels at times.

Pros

Small company, everyone is very friendly and glad to answer questions.

Cons

A little too much interest in laying blame, rather than finding solutions, when problems happen.
