      I Got to Do It All

      Pros

      When negotiating my position during the interview, I said I wanted to do it all. I ended up getting to, after all. Backend and frontend. I was all over the place, and it was great.

      Cons

      It's a startup company. Not a con for me, but could be for some.

      Excellent team. Stephen & Adam have done a great job maintaining culture as the team's grown. Everyone bringing a unique perspective to the business, no one hiding/coasting.
