      Opportunity to work on cutting edge wireless product development Open work culture with almost flat heirarchy which rewards innovation and sincere/hard work. World class R&D leadership with a very hands on approach/ always having ear on the ground All ideas/thoughts appreciated, regardless of designations/role Salary structure better than competition

      A small company by standard of its big competitors but that helps in fast decision making.
