      Pros

      Working here really feels like a family environment where everyone from the front of house to back of house know you by your first name. This is the second location of this concept in Addison and it is a very busy store. We are open for lunch, brunch and dinner service every day, but are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

      Cons

      This location is a far drive from my home however, it is right off of the tollway

      Large companies may also contribute more to your training. This doesn’t just mean internal training. It also means outside professional development. Large companies are happy to send you to conferences and training sessions so you can learn new skills.
