      Workplace always felt like one big family even when the times were tough. Great advancement opportunities Management always supportive

      Other co-workers creating riff /opinions can make advancements challenging But still given the chance

      Great management Awesome CEO (door always open) Grants time off when needed (must follow proper procedure) Always extra shifts to pick up Room for growth Decent pay per position, lots of basic entry level work available 24/7 Dispatch available to pass along messages and get you in contact with your supervisor

      No benefits (but expected since smaller company) Health insurance not he greatest (but expected since smaller company)
