      An established (50 years in business) and growing company that specializes in infrastructure services. Alamon performs engineering, installation and maintenance services required by communication, utility, and energy companies. Alamon prefers to develop good employees and promote from within. The company has an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which gives employees a bigger stake in the company's success.

      Cons

      Alamon provides its services throughout the U.S. Depending on the project, some employees' jobs involve travel away from home for extended periods.

      Employee owned company. Upper management is sincerely focused on the success of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and generating retirement income for employees.
