If money is what you are chasing, this is not the place to work. Raises are far and few between, even if you are a talented employee. There are no ways to move up in the company. You are either the manager or the employee (and all of the manager positions were filled over a decade ago and those managers will be there until they retire). Management dictates what employees work on what projects (favoritism comes in to play, unfortunately) and also screens what the client ultimately sees, and that can be limiting in creativity and opportunity. The studio is physically dark and you do not see outside all day unless you leave at lunch.
