Pros
Small company with big people. I think the people are the most important part in Alensa and this is the reason why Alensa is where it is! :-) I don't like corporate structure and I am so glad that I cannot see it here. I can be creative and try new things. My ideas are taken into consideration by the management and the MM even often takes steps to apply these ideas. I can feel that everybody is part of the team and no one is discriminated. I have support from colleagues and CEO I enjoy coffee time with colleagues where we can brainstorm together and of course: I enjoy Alensa legendary parties and breakfasts! :-)
Cons
Alensa grows really fast and has problems with the new processes sometimes. It is usual that nothing works right immediately when implemented for the first time. The good thing is that management works on it and the results can be seen. :-)
