      Pros

      It is what you make it. If you work hard, you will succeed here. If you are a slacker, you will fall to the wayside. Great owners, but they do not beat around the bush.

      Cons

      Can be extremely stressful. This company is not for the feint of heart.

      Pros

      Most positions and teams have a lot of autonomy and are truly a voice at the table (not a number on a spreadsheet). There are some really great onsite perks for employees: healthy snacks, salad bar, and beer-cart Friday's are some of the fun onsite perks/incentives. Very professional and clean HQ/work site. Leadership are very open, approachable, and eager to help and support employees

      Cons

      There is an opportunity to install and grow the companies DEI efforts, more flexibility/work-life-balance, offer more hybrid/remote opportunities, richer benefits, not all processes/SOPs exist and need to be updated/created.
