      Management is very fair and understanding, I have been dealing with a difficult personal issue and my manager has supported me and pushed me to grow professionally. I couldn't be happier

      Positive and progressive changes in upper management Employee appreciation and recognition programs Sense of purpose through volunteer opportunities offered Clearly defined and communicated mission, vision, and values Employee personal development & Leadership program Teamwork atmosphere and encouragement

      Cons

      I would agree with previous reviews in regards to technology. Over the last few years, this has been a key focus and addressed. The trajectory of the system advancement and technology as a whole is a positive one.
