You are encouraged to make the most of yourself and thereby the most for the company.

Cons

Allstripes is a start up environment. For me this is a pro, but the often uncertain, loosely defined, pivotable environment could be challenging for the less adventurous.

AllStripes is a growing start-up, with some of the growing pains that come with that stage of development.
