      Pros

      - Opportunity to progress within the company and be recognized for performance - Excellent company benefits and rewards inc. commission/bonus structure. - A very good team culture, everyone gets on and wants to see one another succeed and do well. - A strong client base which is relationship focused rather than sales. - Quality is always the top priority in everything that they do.

      Cons

      - Naturally grown from a flat structure to hierarchical, which creates development opportunities for staff but limits opportunities to access senior management. - Heavily process driven.

      - Wonderful team-feel and regular, quality level of support from Managers and Directors - Excellent hours and a work-life balance is actively encouraged - Very special VIP-feel summer and Christmas parties which are great for team-building and motivation - Hybrid working model - Weekly team lunches and client lunch visits out in Oxfordshire - Regular training provided - Ample opportunities for career progression and promotion - Ad-hoc courses/CIM/qualifications provided if requested and appropriate - Opportunity to work on high-level roles for highly regarded clients, charities and renowned, world-leading education institutions - Uncapped commission opportunity
