Pros
- Good pay - Good benefits - Hard-working employees are valued - Managing Partners are respectful and make an effort to know the whole team personally - Dedicated to ethical consulting - it is the reason why the company was founded. Management's only concern is to do what is good for the client and for their employees.
Cons
As a small business, it is hard to hire talent that is dedicated to pulling some of the company's administrative and operational weight. This isn't something that is easily resolved and, unfortunately, out of management's control.

Pros
The opportunity to support the US Army was unique. The exceptional people I had the privilege to work with was exceptional.
Cons
Very few, if any cons. The only think I would mention is that one must be prepared for federal consulting, which involves a clearance and some other protocol that might be required in the private sector.
