There have certainly been growing pain and the market is very difficult but upper management including the CEO works hard daily to improve the culture, the experience, and the opportunities at the company. Each person has a different experience and perspective but it’s important to note some of the negative feedback is just untrue.

Small business that is continuing to grow, which allows for new positions to be created for current employees to move into, hybrid work schedule, unlimited PTO, fun coworkers. If you are hard working and motivated, you will find success. All of the people who were recently let go were under performing for several months. Allyon management has always been upfront and transparent with employees when they are not performing well. Rebekah and leadership care about the employees and want to see everyone be successful, so it is unfortunate to see people come after her so personally. If you are looking at working here, I highly recommend reaching out to current employees that work in the corporate office on Linkedin and ask them about their experience! Bitter ex-employees aren't always going to give the best opinion.
