      Privately owned, international company in the Pharma industry that continues to see yearly growth. Good pay for the amount of work required. Job security is a plus!

      Cons

      Internal promotions can be difficult to get, as they tend to hire new/open positions from the outside or from a temp agency. There is a underlying culture to "protect your job".
