Since I started at alpha innova nearly 2 years ago there have been many pros. The comission structure was really like no other. A great leadership programme that helped me to progress to where I am today. Opportunities to travel both nationally and globally Full ongoing training and support Watching the company grow through and through each month. Best environment I have ever worked in. Genuine values Regular team nights out and incentives Opportunities for internal progression within the business The list keeps going but I'm still here with more expansion plans it's just overall a fun, great environment.

Cons

In a great location so close to the great bars. So hard not to go in for a cheeky couple after work. Would be rude not to

Network building Team environment Personal development skills Customer service skills Opportunity to travel all over the UK and world wide Amazing way to to develop mentality of a entrepreneur Helped me to build a career not just a job 1 on 1 coaching and continuous help from others to help me be in the position I wanted to be in. Being in a job that doesn’t actually feel like work but a very enjoyable place to make money, progress and become the best version of your self possible.

Cons

Only con I can think of from working within alpha innova is the fact that they’re are limited spaces to park if you was to drive each day.

Currently with my time working at Aloha Innova I have met some incredible people, who have allowed me to come out my comfort shell and be totally comfortable, but what I have learnt and always learn from them has made me such a better person. Ive always been hard working and had that drive to be successful, so being a part of Alpha Innova has made me become more focused and motivated. Since day one I’ve come on leaps and bounds with my confidence and also improve my skill set vastly. I’ve been way out of my comfort zone however that’s where I’ve progressed and learnt so much more and at such a quick pace.

Cons

To some, the hours maybe longer than you’re use to, but it’s a total case of you get out what you put in
