This is one of the better companies I’ve ever worked for. They know what they’re doing, and it’s easy to slip into the culture. 5 stars across the board.

There’s something to be said for a company that’s as loyal to its employees as they are expected to be to it. Since I started working here I’ve continuously seen those in management put employee wellbeing and safety ahead of everything else, even at the expense of short-term profit. It’s incredible and inspiring. I’m not trying to claim that no employee has ever had a bad experience here, but anyone whose been paying attention can’t honestly complain, because they would have clearly seen just how much Alpha Plastics does for its workers.
