The 1 doctor practice doesn't care about his small staff or practice and has let it fall into disrepair and has had many opportunities from outside companies and staff to better the practice, but chooses not to apply himself into generating more clients for his business.

Upper management is incompetent at best and immoral at worst. Will do anything to save a buck, putting patients and employees safety at risk. Disrespects employees in both day to day interaction and long term lack of appreciation. Records calls without informing clients or employees beforehand. Doesn't understand any part of running a legal business. Most of the staff has left and I don't see this hospital functioning for much longer.
