Pros
knowing that what I do is helping local businesses make their day easier and have the option of having 24/7 customer service live. I love helping customer with language barriers reach their goals as well. They love promoting within and I am living proof of that.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that when a merchant sometimes compare us to a different Alpine that is not related to our business at all.

Ownership listens to ideas and ways to make things better to always make sure our service is top notch. They care about you as an individual before an employee, making it a great family feeling.
Cons
Tough getting to know and understand everything at first due to the detail that goes into Merchant Services. Industry is always growing and evolving, making no day the same as the last.
