      Pros

      The founders give employees room to grow & share the fruits of their labour. They have worked really hard to make Altada the success it is today. I feel very included, which is rare in companies today.

      Cons

      You either sink or grow in an environment like this - most grow. If you are not entrepreneurial minded or willing to work hard, stay committed, change at a rapid pace you can become complacent.

      Pros

      I've received a very warm welcome from my new colleagues at team Alt, everybody that I've met has been genuinely very friendly. The company is situated in the heart of Cork City and the building is very modern with great views of the City. The company currently work a four day week and my work life balance has improved dramatically since I joined the company.

      There isn't a single Con that I can think of regarding Altada
