Pros
Leadership is 100% involved and listens. Work from home with no process to come back into the office like other companies pushing employees back into their daily commutes. Great team mentality. Good vibes.
Cons
Vacation and sick time is on the low side but management is flexible and works with you to get you your time off. Work/life balance on paper seems poor but with no commute and understanding upper management is listening, you can rest assure they are willing to work with you through life's surprises.

Coworkers are very inviting and friendly, work tasks are steady, great place to work overall!
Cons
Starting pay is decent, but there is definitely opportunity for growth.
