All similar types of agencies have struggles with turnover and paying staff competitive wages. Alternatives really tries to keep improving and is open to feedback when change is possible. They offer flexibility and work/life balance.

Cons

The field overall is changing, and despite a lack of funding, there are growing expectations of accountability from the field that it make it hard to balance out.
