Monthly salary is paid the same every month for the entire employment period. Support with visa application and renewal.

Cons

Only five days of annual leave available to take at the employee’s discretion, but there are loads of days off throughout the year (weekends, public holidays, summer and winter vacation) and there is no overtime expectation.
