Pros

This has been the most rewarding job I've ever had. The company has 45 employees and made close to 20 promotions in the last 12 months and we are continuing to grow and push boundaries. It's not for everyone, this is a startup, and we work hard and until the job is done, but I have felt supported every step in my career here and have had the opportunity to work next to some of the smartest, most creative and hardest working team members in my entire career.

Cons

Covid was EXTREMELY challenging in our industry, but we made it through better and stronger then ever. We sometimes have to take calls or reply to emails after hours, but that's the sign of an employer that instills drive and success. I wish there were defined career paths, but we're a startup, team members have written their own job descriptions for roles that would benefit the company and its trajectory.
