As a team we solved every problem that came up We cut cost by half, time after time We grew our market share Amalfi became part of RFMD late in 2012

We never quite reached profitability stand alone, and not IPO that we had hoped for

Pros
Innovative and aggressive. It has the best product in the world and gives you a lot of opportunities to learn new things. Flexible hours let you take care of personal life. Employees are frienldy and nice.
Cons
Aggressive project schedule make even design engineer guess when to end. Often teams are behind schedule ending up working at night and during weekends. It is hard to know when you can take time off without worrying about the schedule. It is not clear what you will get from stock options. There is no bonus and no 401K contribution by company. Management is not honest to employee about company's situation.
