      Pros

      Easy job, great benefits, fun to work with the other girls, good hours.

      Cons

      The owner was sort of harsh. Just didn't seem like the type of person to manage a bunch of young girls. The co-owner, his sister, however was very sweet.

      Pros

      Business is usually slow, so you have a lot of down time Work is simple - typically involves cleaning the beds or using a simple computer system Customers are typically polite and happy to come in and speak to you.

      Cons

      Sales goals are difficult to meet because you are selling tanning products and people typically already have their minds made up. Working with college age employees so the cleaning up is not always done properly You work alone

      Pros

      You do earn commission and access to free tanning.

      Cons

      They expect a lot from you considering it is a minimum wage job. You have to travel to all of the stores on short notice when someone else doesn't show up for their shift; not to mention they do not offer any sort of compensation for gas.
