This company is awesome. It gives you the ability to work and grow in a creative and fun environment. We work as a team and management is always willing to listen to ideas.
No direction, training or accountability until the end of the month when the owner wants to know how much you've sold. Lots of turnover and very low income potential unless you have major clients, which are all covered by older reps. Not a good place to start your sales career.
