Pros
The employees at ASI are very welcoming and friendly. They are passionate about what they do and work hard to make a difference for the company. The company is small and growing so we all feel like we add value. Management really cares about us, too. They always ask about our opinions and really listen. The benefits are really good. The company provides flexible hours, telecommuting and massage services. I know what is expected of me to succeed and when I do, there are bonuses for all of us and cash awards throughout the year. I'm luck I found ASI.
Cons
Since we are growing, we move pretty fast. Change happens with new business opportunities, new technology and new initiatives. If you don't like change then this is not the place for you. The company has very high standards for employees. If you are not a high achiever then you probably won't last here. They are very selective when they hire employees. So be prepared for many interviews and an assessment tool.

Great company and enjoyed my time there. I was able to get a ton of experience in a multitude of different roles. Managers and Directors groomed me as I became more experienced

Company was sold. I believe it could have stayed around a bit longer
