No hierachy within team. Everyone comes together to work as a team. Great colleagues who are willing to help each other.
Cons
I will not say this as a con as the company has zero tolerance for individuals who bring in office politics and bad attitudes as this is a young team so culture is of most importance to cultivate a positive working environment.

- Patient, knowledgable and encouraging consultants - No hierarchy; everyone is supporting and helping each other - Gained lots of knowledge within the asset management industry - Get to engage with different candidates regionally - Very transparent platform - Great career progression
Cons
- Might need to work after working hours and during the weekend in order to accommodate candidates and clients’ schedule
