I had the privilege of working at AMICULUM and I can honestly say it provided me with the best employee experience I've ever had so far. From the start, I felt valued and supported, both in my career development and my well-being. Both the People and Careers teams, along with the entire leadership, truly care about their employees. AMICULUM's culture fosters professional growth but also prioritises well-being, which is a rare and wonderful combination. I owe a lot of my career progress and personal resilience to the support I received there. The guidance, encouragement and understanding I got allowed me to be more confident. Even after moving on to a new role, I find myself cheering for AMICULUM's success because of the positive impact it has had on me. It's an organisation that truly values its people and I’ll always be grateful for my time there.
