This is one best companies I have ever worked for! And I'm not just saying that. Here at Amplus I was offered a job with no experience in this field. But I am also a very quick study! I love the fact that there is an open door policy. You can walk up and ask your supervisor anything. They are always willing to help. I have worked for generous companies, but never have I been at a company where they were so dedicated to showing their employees how much they appreciate them. At the end of October, we had an entire week dedicated to activities to show us that we are important to them and to Amplus Group. I love the fact that we received a bonus for productivity. I have only been here for a month and a half and I just got an email saying I am getting a bonus for the month of October. I'm thrilled. If you are a hard worker it is rewarded. I have seen email after email congratulating people who have been promoted for their hard work. If you are a hard worker and want to work in an environment where you won't just be treated like an employee but like family, you should apply at Amplus Group.

Cons

I wish there were personal days.
