      Pros

      I have been working with this company from last 1.3 year, where I got chance to build myself in various areas, not including developer stuff only, but got to learn more things related to program managing, project managing, talking to clients, dealing with clients etc. Company gave me all opportunities to learn and initiated me in every work, and also guided me during my mistakes from that I got to learn lot from it. Lots of technologies, innovations are been done by this company which helps me to learn lot and I am happy that I got such golden opportunity and I am with this company from long time. I even got chance to talk to world leading IT companies from this company, it really makes me proud to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      I should say there must be more program managers and deadlines should be little bit liberal. There should be some fun times planning like tour etc. should be added to the culture to make some relax time.

      Good company to work at & to learn cutting age technology

      Pros

      Lot of opportunity to progress & learn verity of technology. While I was working here, I got chance to have hands on different technologies. Great place to progress. I have seen tester becoming developer & dev to lead. I got my pay stub on time expect 1 time because I did switch to auto payment.

      Cons

      I had to leave this company because of few political colleague (2 developer and 1 manager hired year back when I left). I think company made huge mistake hiring them. I have seen them spreading bad words to the Client about the employer. I notified HR bout them but HR didn't hear me. You know, political people have more influence until they are not exposed. I heard that HR realized later and fired them.

      Pros

      It was amazing to join this company and got chance to work with Microsoft and learn corporate world. I am very happy working with this company and important thing is we get high pay and time to learn new things. I must recommend that person work over here will get multiple & vast knowledge and also different challenging work will make more better engineer.

      Cons

      nothing much anything only very short deadlines of projects.
