Like all recruitment effort is required to see return, but TAP has a great commission scheme with plenty of other benefits for performance, Predominantly ex-pat culture so easy for to slot in and be a part of the culture. 4 Day work week after you complete probation is a big win.

Cons

The same as most recruitment firms, hard work. Full time in the office, but 4 day work week makes up for it.

I absolutely loved working in the Brisbane office. The team is supportive, fun, and full of energy, making every day enjoyable. Saxon is an excellent manager who truly fosters a positive and motivating environment. I genuinely enjoyed working for the company and alongside everyone in the office. It's clear a lot of thought and care has gone into building such a brilliant team.

Cons

Recruitment naturally has its ups and downs, but the TAP team makes it all enjoyable.

Pros

Staff are genuinely rewarded, good commission structure, incentives, incredible career progression paths. Excellent culture, similar ages, backgrounds, most are friends outside of work, supportive, celebratory of each others wins. Overall a really good place to work, no matter where you are at in your recruitment career.

Cons

Recruitment it’s self is tough.
