      Great camaraderie in a growing, supportive firm

      Pros

      I have been an attorney for 36 years. I started my career as an Army JAG. I have spent the last 9+ years at Angel Reyes & Associates. This firm is the closest I have ever come to the camaraderie I experienced in the Army. This is a firm that values its employees and is continuing to grow and adapt. The firm places an emphasis on caring about, and helping, its clients. This is a great firm.

      None, other than the typical issues with growing pains.

      Pros

      A great place to work. They pay well if you can handle the volume. But they provide you with the support staff you need. Pay is also very good as they tend to pay what you are worth. They have a no jerks hiring policy which results in working with some great people.

      Cons

      If you are not used to volume you may struggle. But they do provide you with the tools and support staff to master it.
